Feeling Like a New Person

At 49, Inde had reached a place many of us know too well. Weighing 230 pounds and wearing an XL, he felt exhausted, low on energy, and was facing high cholesterol. "I hated how I looked, and I hated how I felt," he says.

Side-by-side before and after photos of a man: on the left in a striped sweater and jeans, on the right noticeably slimmer in a black T-shirt and shorts

That began to change when Inde and his wife, Nakhala, started their journey together at Lindora Windermere. From the first visit, the staff made him feel heard and understood. The programs were explained thoroughly, and the tools for managing diet were simple enough to follow at home and on the road. When travel interrupted his routine, the team adjusted his schedule without hesitation. Every question got an answer.

I actually enjoy getting dressed now.

Dr. Sadowsky set the tone. "He listened and addressed all our concerns immediately," Inde says. "He never hesitated to change our doses or meds when we didn't always feel great." The nurses brought the same calm expertise to every injection and blood draw, making the harder parts of the process easy to endure.

Today, Inde weighs 173 pounds and wears a size L. He wakes up refreshed and ready for his workouts. His anxiety is easier to manage, his libido is significantly stronger, and his cholesterol has dropped to near-normal levels without medication.

The biggest change may be the simplest one. "I actually enjoy getting dressed now," he says.

Fifty-seven pounds lighter, Inde sums it up in a single sentence. "I feel like a new person."
