In previous articles, I discussed the best longevity advice you will ever hear: “Never miss another sunrise” and “Are we addressing the root cause of our children’s and the world’s mental health crisis?”
When I first heard Dr. Jack Kruse (Oral Surgeon, Neurosurgeon, Physicist and quantum biologist) say the words “You are blue light toxic” and how it can lead to diabetes 1 and 2, Obesity, Alzheimer’s, Cardiovascular disease, Inflammatory bowel diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Bipolar, Depression and Cancer, I couldn’t wait to hear more. That is a very bold statement, and he backs it up by connecting the dots of research, studies, and papers written over the last 100 years, from Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Robert O Becker, and many others.
In July of 2023, I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease, which explained my episodes of horrific vertigo, hearing loss, and an acoustic neuroma. I was given Diamax (helps prevent fluid buildup) and told to eat a low-sodium diet. Also offered steroids for inflammation and Valium for the spinning and nausea I was experiencing. Also, I was told that if the acoustic neuroma continued to grow, it would require brain surgery to remove it, which had a possibility of facial paralysis and total loss of hearing in my left ear. So I went home with a prescription for Diamax, after I read the side effects (I never took it). A while later, I came across Neurosurgeon Dr Kruse on a podcast describing my exact condition with every symptom I had, even down to the last thing he said would happen, an acoustic neuroma! His quote was “You are an idiot if you think putting AirPods in your ear and blasting RF radiation across your brain is a good idea.” He explained that we have melanin sheets in our cochlea and that we use light to hear! I was using AirPods for years, and it was dehydrating the melanin in my cochlea, which helped cause my symptoms. After hearing that, I took them out and never used them again, and all my issues vanished over the next six months; my hearing was restored. As you can imagine I dove into his research along with other scientists that are saying Non-Native (meaning not from the sun or the earth) electromagnetic frequencies which include cell phones, WiFi, 5g towers, Bluetooth, computers, radar, and our indoor lifestyles and avoiding healing sunlight are the root cause of the diseases that are listed above.
In my last article, I talked about mental illness and the root cause. So let’s say I have 1st hand knowledge of what families are going through and the crisis that the entire world is in. You can easily do an AI search and find that a staggering 1 billion people worldwide have a mental disorder, and let’s assume, because of the stigma of it, that the number is much larger because it is underreported.
Myelin is a fatty substance that forms a sheath around nerve fibers, particularly axons, in the brain and spinal cord. This myelin sheath acts as an insulator, enabling faster and more efficient transmission of electrical signals (nerve impulses) between neurons. Kind of like insulation around an electrical wire prevents electricity from flowing outside the intended electrical path. PubMed article 25205214 says there is an association between RF-EMF exposure and either myelin deterioration or a direct impact on neuronal conduction, which may account for many electrohypersensitivity symptoms. The most vulnerable are likely to be those in utero through to at least mid-teen years.
There are many more studies of demyelinating diseases like multiple sclerosis and ALS showing EMFs are a big problem and should be limited. I have said before that special attention should be paid to children and their use of screens. A large majority of children’s myelin is forming, and we hand them screens as babysitters, which can cause structural changes in myelin proteins, potentially leading to demyelination and related neurological issues. These disorders include anxiety, ADHD, depression, and learning disorders. Young adults' frontal lobes aren’t fully myelinated and matured until the age of 25. The frontal lobes are responsible for higher-level cognitive functions and continue to develop into young adulthood. Typically, this ongoing development impacts young adults' decision-making, impulse control, and emotional regulation. Hence why there are limits for renting cars if you’re under 25 years old.
Now that we all know technology is here to stay, in next month's article, I will give some practical advice on what we can all start doing now to help our children, grandchildren, and ourselves. (Read the continuation here.)
