Changed From the Inside Out: A New Heart. A New Life.

Community Submission | By Tim Leffler

Last month we looked at what it means to receive new life with God.

This month we look at what that life becomes.

What God starts, He does not leave unfinished. This is more than becoming religious. It is becoming alive.

God promises something deeper than forgiveness alone. He promises a new heart.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you." (Ezekiel 36:26)

It does not begin with new rules or trying harder. It begins within.

New desires begin to form. Old patterns slowly lose their grip. What once felt distant begins to matter.

The God who gave us new life does not step back. He stays.

"God sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts." (Galatians 4:6)

We are no longer left to live on our own. And there is more. God welcomes us into His family.

"You are no longer a slave, but a son." (Galatians 4:7)

We belong to Him. Brought in. Accepted. Called His own.

Life will still have its difficulties. But it becomes anchored. Growth is often quiet. Often gradual. But it is real.

New life is not perfection. It is a new direction. And the God who began this work in you will not stop until it is complete.

Next month we will look at where this life is ultimately heading. It does not end here.
