Kari Fleck has spent the past 17 years building one of Central Florida's most respected and recognized full-service real estate brokerages, "The Real Estate Collection" (TREC). Born and raised in South Miami Beach, Kari began her career in 1987 as a real estate investor, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties with her husband, Peter.
In 1993, Kari and Peter relocated to Windermere, settling into their lakefront home on the Butler Chain of Lakes. This move was a pivotal turning point for the Fleck family, offering an inspirational backdrop for raising their young family in a strong community like Windermere.
After years of sales in Windermere lakefront and other Central Florida properties, Kari launched her own brokerage just before the financial crisis hit in 2007. TREC was able to thrive during the crash, as a result of her team’s shift in priority to property management, which has now become one of their staple services. Never losing ties to her South Florida roots, The Real Estate Collection South Florida opened its doors in 2009.
Over the span of her career, Kari’s entrepreneurial spirit, resilience and adaptability led to her recognition as "Female Broker of the Year," and her brokerage was named "Boutique Brokerage of the Year" by Orlando Real Producers in 2023.
