Keke’s Comes Home: A Fresh Take on a Local Favorite

Business Profile | By Savannah Tradd

Windermere residents John and Kimberly Ehrhard know the value of a good story—and a great breakfast. After years in the television production industry, the husband-and-wife team transitioned into the restaurant world, channeling their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit into building a successful portfolio of eateries across Florida. With eight locations already thriving, the opening of Keke’s in Windermere marks a meaningful milestone.

For the Ehrhards, this is more than just another store—it’s a homecoming. Longtime residents of Windermere, their children attend Windermere High and Windermere Prep, and their roots in the community run deep. “We’re thrilled to bring Keke’s to our own backyard,” says Kimberly. “It’s our way of giving back to a town we love.”

The newly opened Keke’s features a bright, refreshed look that pairs perfectly with its signature menu of breakfast and lunch favorites. Whether it’s a stack of fluffy pancakes or a savory omelet, guests can expect warm hospitality, crisp service, and a welcoming space designed for connection.

As John puts it, “We want every guest to feel like family—because in this community, that’s what we are.”
