Pet Corner | By Jocklyn Mundy
Hosted by the Windermere Parks and Recreation Committee, the festival was a delightful showcase of the special bond between pets and their humans. The hundreds of attendees were treated to an array of activities that catered to both two-legged and four-legged participants. The event featured everything from impressive dog shows, best-of contests, and agility demonstrations to paw-some vendors!
The festival's marketplace was a paradise for pet owners, offering an extensive selection of pet products and pet-friendly companies. At the heart of Pet Fest is education and adoption. The presence of local animal shelters and rescue organizations facilitated numerous adoptions. Another great job by the Windermere Parks and Recreation volunteers.
